Circle of Being
Towards the Within

It has been a long long time since the wish of starting a women's circle ⭕️ birthed in my being.
My heart and mind long for connecting with other women in a safe space to share the depth of heart, intensity and sensitivity that connects all women.
In an ever growing individualistic and socially distancing society, for me this is an urgent call. It is time to return to the power of community. I don't feel this as an option.
This will be the first of monthly gatherings. Our first circle ⭕️ will take place on 16.12. from 19:00 til ca. 21 CET (we'll aim for 90min.). It is for all who wish to gather in a safe space to share and learn from each other's experiences. We will have a chosen topic each month to talk and share about, from anything related to devotion, faith, menstruality, mindfulness, spirituality humanness, vulnerability, power, authority, creativity, dignity to all areas of life.
We might meditate, move, share deep talk and see where it takes us.
If there is anything that you want to share with us, you are invited to bring that in (a story, a poem, an embodiment practice, a song...) I will provide the general structure and monthly topics from my own journey "towards the within". I will also leave an open space for you to take the initiative for anything whatsoever your ♥️ calls for to share with the sisterhood.
There's this illusion that we each lead completely separate lives. In truth, we are in this together. It is not MY fear, my trauma, my pain. It is THE fear, the trauma, the pain. It is never MY HUMAN EXPERIENCE. It is THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE. It is a shared one.
This is also about beginning to understand that we are in this life adventure together. This can create a powerful shift, from a perspective of separation towards belonging. This is really important.
And this is also the reason why I'll invite you to share a lot in this space. We learn to see how interconnected we are, to recognize our shared humanness and that loosens the trance of separation, source for a huge percentage of our suffering.
